I find it very concerning that Chat GPT defaults to using Wikipedia as the authority for any research type of question, including when researching history. I specifically told Chat GPT to stop using Wikipedia as a source. It apologized, but insisted Wikipedia was accurate because it is constantly updated. I told it that is actually why it can not be trusted, anyone (non-scholar/ non-peer reviewed authorized contributers can make changes). It agreed with me, but still refuses to stop using Wikipedia. It is a big failure. It also refuses to provide definitions of words based on older dictionaries. It refuses to provide context for "conservative" ideology without providing "progressive" counter arguments. However it never counters "progressive" ideology with "conservative" ideology. I have hundreds of saved "conversations" and I could go on for hours describing AI (LLMs) failings.    See Less

Regulating the development of AGI seems way more challenging than regulating the production of a "billion humanoid robots". I really don't see the benefit of producing a "     See More manoid robots", other than to allow the people who have the resources to0 actually produce that many robots of that sort and then attempt to use them for nefarious purposes. There should be very strict regulations in regards to individuals or corporations "owning" large numbers ( potential armies ) of robots.
