This is the perfect standard, given the typical EA is necessarily both a generalist and simultaneously highly skilled on relevant specialist capabilities specific to the vertical or industry they're engaged with, they perform constant emotional labour, they are constantly coordinating with others, they are (literally) high-functioning project managers, they can expertly coordinate other people that would otherwise have to answer to the executive they're assisting, they can fully run, document, and chair a Board meeting if necessary, etc.

In other words, completely displace every EA/PA -- or, more probably, massively increase the output any particular EA is capable of, resulting in the functional erasure of entire managerial redundancies beneath them.

I would judge the objective existence of AGI on how thoroughly the managerial class of society is being entirely and utterly evaporated by generalist agents, and the extent to which corporate centralization can accelerate like it just got jabbed with futuristic sci-fi tren -- for all the good and ill (mostly ill, let's be real) consequence that has.

If the working class isn't being FORCED into realizing more class consciousness as a consequence of their proximity to literal CEO's and their EA's and their agents being massively concatenated, it's not AGI, it's just useful agents.    See Less
