Of course 1) designi     See More ture and then 2) reviewing the code for correctness and a countless other properties like readability, extensibility, security, performance, testability, scalability, etc etc, IS THE CRUCIAL PART.

The writing of the code is an implementation detail—the code itself is not important, it is what the code does and that it does it in a good way, that is important.

So please don’t think that since AI has written 30% of some code means AGI is upon us. Personally for me at my job, Cursor Agent writes 80% of the code. But it’s frankly not a big deal. It just makes me a bit faster.    See Less
