Because of the job, I’m now suffering from depression and I see no way out of the cage I’m in. So yes, I totally know what a career suicide feels like. At this point, I doubt I’ll ever be able to change careers and/or meet someone with whom I could start a meaningful relationship. The future is gloom. Are these people really this dumb? They spend billions developing something that will utterly annihilate the economy thus rendering their investment pointless. Who will buy Iphones and Teslas if all the white collar jobs are gone. The remaining 50% who have jobs - sure, they will keep spending safe in the knowledge that they will be next in the can. I don't think so. Nothing kills an economy quicker than a lack of confidence. Who can have confidence in any job going forward? Who will bother going to college and getting into debt for a career that won't exist? I see launch, followed by job cuts, followed by pushback, massive taxed on businesses that use it. Plus can you take AI as you need it? You know when business falls off you get rid of staff, what's the betting your AI contract will be 5 years at a time... plus if AI can only do half the job and you still need people to do the other half, then those staff actually become more valuable.    See Less
