When I write a prompt with dialog I never use quotes. They end up making the output have subtitles (and I hope they fix this). What I do is write: [male] I've brought you the packages.     See More the next line I put [female] and write her dialog without quotes.
That is all you need to do. Using the brackets seem to make it a command or something not visual or aural in the video output.    See Less
