Nvidia has been a strong grower, but when the bubble bursts having a trailing stop at maybe 15% drop is a good idea. For me right now, for instance, my investment in NVDA is at 500% unrealized gains. When the bubble bursts the share's plummet but my brokerage sells them off for me, my profits go from 500% down to 485% and I cash-out automatically. Trailing stops are great because of the "set it and forget it" value, whenever the condition happens that triggers the sell order I don't need to monitor closely to catch it.
